I don't know what to put on my resume.

Open Norvli Gen and take it slowly. Start with the job you are in now: the tools you use, what you are responsible for, the numbers you are measured on, what you have achieved. Build the rest of the resume out from there.

Do I need an account?

To try it, no. Open the builder and start writing, and the ATS checker needs no account either. To save your resume, get the full assistant and reach support, yes.

What does Norvli Pro cover?

How do I get a PDF?

With Norvli Pro, hit Download as PDF in the top bar. The file is rendered exactly as the preview shows it and starts downloading a few seconds later.

Will the PDF pass an applicant tracking system?

Yes. The PDF is real text, and every template was tested by exporting a finished sample and reading it back with an independent parser; the results are published. Nobody can promise every system in existence, so a plain layout is the safest bet, though most are not affected.

Should I put a photo on my resume?

It depends on the country. You can add one, and the country rules page tells you whether employers where you're applying expect it, ignore it, or throw the resume out for it.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. The account page has a Download my data button. It gives you one file holding your account details and every resume you saved.

How many resumes can I keep?

1 on the free plan, kept forever. Norvli Pro raises it to 5, and once your first month is paid that room is yours for good: cancel later and every resume stays where it is, still editable. There is no storage to buy separately.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep the month you paid for and are not billed again. Every resume stays where it is, still editable, and the room for 5 of them stays yours. What stops is the downloading, the unlimited evaluations and the suggestions in full. Nothing is deleted unless you ask.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not used it yet, yes. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you have 14 days from a first payment to change your mind, as long as you have not run a full evaluation or downloaded a PDF. The refund policy has the rest, and you can send us a request whenever you need one.

What happens if a payment fails?

The PDF download stops right away. The card is retried, and the download comes back the moment a retry succeeds; your billing page shows what's happening and is where you update the card. Everything else is untouched: your resumes stay saved and editable, and nothing is deleted.

Do you use my resume to train anything?

No. Nothing you write here trains a model. What you send the assistant goes to Anthropic, which is barred from training on it and deletes it within 30 days. Your resume sits encrypted in your own account, and only you can open it.

Can I use the assistant without an account?

Yes, on your most recent position. Norvli Gen drafts the bullets for the job at the top of your history in full, aimed at one job posting at a time. The rest of the page, your skills and your summary need an account, which is free to create.

Why can I not copy the resume out of the preview?

The preview is the finished document, and it leaves as a PDF. Free shows you what the assistant can do; if you like what you see, Norvli Pro gives you the file. What you typed is still yours to copy in the editor, and your data downloads in one file whenever you want it.

Can I write my resume in another language?

Yes. Write in the language you are applying in and the document follows it: the section headings and month names print in that language. The site around it stays in English.

Where is my data stored?

Encrypted in the cloud, in your account's own storage. Only you can open it.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from the account page. That removes your resumes and your personal details. We keep only the billing records tax law requires.

How is this different from Zety, Resume.io or Canva?

Most are written for the US job market and sell through a short trial that renews quietly. Our price is plain, we email you before every renewal, your resumes stay yours after you cancel, a person answers your messages, and the hiring rules for 198 countries are built in. We would rather you find the job fast and go.
